Sponsor a Hole

When you sponsor a hole at Habitat for Humanity of Madison and Clark Counties’ 3rd Annual Golf Shamble, you help families like the Callahans, the Hisles, and the Kings earn their way to homeownership with a new strength that will last for generations. And while you are doing that, we will be letting folks know about your generosity and giving you a chance to engage with our golfers in a fun and relaxed way.

We have two levels of sponsorship. Take a look and see which one is the best fit for you and your business, then fill out an online agreement by September 6, 2021.

Gold Level Sponsorship

• 36” x 24” sign with one-color sponsor logo at one of the Shamble holes
• Invitation to include sponsor’s promotional item in tee gift bags distributed to each player
• A 6ft table at hole where the sponsor can engage golfers throughout the day
• Listed as hole sponsor and tagged on social media
• Listed as hole sponsor on event webpage with a link to the sponsor’s website

A special thank you to our event sponsors Edward Jones for providing the hole sponsor signs and to Central Kentucky Tents and Events for waiving their rental fees on the sponsor tables.

Habitat for Humanity will:

• place hole sponsor’s Silver or Gold level sign on on a hole on the day of the Shamble.
• put the sponsor’s promotional item in tee gift bags, which will be presented to each golfer.
• place one 6 ft table at a hole for each GOLD LEVEL sponsor.
• provide white linen tablecloths for each GOLD LEVEL sponsor’s table. Sponsor may opt to bring their own tablecloth.
• collect tables and tablecloths from the holes at the end of the day.
• List SILVER LEVEL hole sponsors on social media and on event webpage.
• List and tag GOLD LEVEL sponsors on social media and list them on event webpage with link to sponsor’s website.

The Sponsor will:

• fill out the online Hole Sponsor agreement and pay for sponsorship online by September 6, 2021. Sponsors wishing to pay by check can indicate this on the online agreement and mail their check made payable to Habitat for Humanity of Madison and Clark Counties to PO Box 186, Richmond, KY 40476. Payment should be received by September 6.
• provide HFHMCC with a high quality digital logo as a .png or .jpg file by September 17. Logos can be sent via email to amanda@habitatmadisonclark.org.
• give the optional promotional item they would like to put in the tee gift bag to Habitat staff or volunteer by September 17.
• arrive by 11:30 am the day of the Shamble to prepare sponsor tables. GOLD LEVEL ONLY
• clean up their table and remove all items at the end of the day. GOLD LEVEL ONLY
