Hard Hat Hustle - Winchester Home Build Fundraising Event!

What an incredible day! Habitat for Humanity of Madison and Clark County's first ever Hard Hat Hustle brought together families, volunteers, local businesses, sponsors, and community members for an event filled with fun and purpose. We raised $10k, all in support of Habitat and the six lots we are getting ready to build in Winchester! 

This family-friendly obstacle course featured:

  • Putt-Putt golf station

  • Horseshoe throwing station

  • Cornhole throw

  • Ale-8 pong

  • Construction cone ring toss

  • Quarterback challenge

Mayor JoEllen Reed gave an inspiring speech before the event began and we were blessed to have beautiful weather on our side. And while the Hard Hat Hustle was packed with fun - its impact reaches far beyond the fundraiser. Every registration, sponsorship, donation, and volunteer, helps Habitat continue building safe, affordable homes and provide critical home repairs for families in Clark County.

Events like this remind us that it takes an entire community to build hope. We are incredibly grateful to our sponsors, volunteers, planning committee, participants, and everyone who cheered from the sidelines. Your generosity and enthusiasm made this first Hard Hat Hustle a tremendous success.
